Prince Jonatan Szmidt: Musical Heritage and Romani Rhythm

Descended from the famed Gypsy artist Don Vasil, leader of the renowned musical ensemble “Gypsy Stars,” Prince Jonatan Szmidt isn’t your typical musician. This Polish music school graduate balanced his musical background with the vibrancy of Romani culture. In his youth, he became a driving force behind the international Gypsy festival in Ciechocinek, Poland. But his passion for music extended beyond celebration. He ignited the stage with his own band, “The Gypsy Prince,” proving that his talents were as impressive as his lineage.
